General Governance
Members of Port Stephens Basketball Association (PSBA) are requested to read and agree to the following rules and regulations at the time of registration:

- BA constitution, codes, and policies on the Governance and National Integrity Framework pages in the 'About' menu on the BA website.

- Basketball NSW (BNSW) constitution, codes and policies on the BNSW website on the pages linked in the 'About' menu and on the Resource Directory page.
- The Port Stephens Basketball constitution
Members include all players, spectators, familites/carers, coaches, officials, volunteers, board and committee members involved with PSBA.
PSBA is governed by BA and BNSW. BA, BNSW and PSBA are required to comply with all NSW and federal legislation, regulations and policies. Where possible, PSBA adopts existing BA or BNSW codes and policies. Where PSBA-specific governance is required, the PSBA governance is framed by and subordinate to existing BA or BNSW codes and policies. PSBA is a registered incorporated association, our ABN is 14 153 785 122.
